Once I have received payment of the deposit, your appointment will then be secured and, you will receive a booking confirmation.
If I do not receive the deposit immediately upon booking, your appointment is not secured.

I am more than happy to travel if needed. Travel charge is $1.00 per mile

-Soft Glam: Takes 1hr 15min - 1hr 30min, buffer of 15 minutes. Includes flawless skin application, an elegant and sophisticated eye look, and natural lashes
-Full Glam: Takes 1hr 45min - 2hr, buffer 15 minutes. Includes flawless skin application, more blends/color, can be full matte or matte + shimmer
-Creative Glam: Takes 2hr 15min - 2hrs 30min, buffer 15 min. Includes full glam face application, Several blends, cut crease or dramatic liner, glitter/pigments, can include rhinestones/gems, dramatic lashes
-Learn Your Face: Takes 2hr - 3hrs, buffer 15 min. Helps you understand your unique facial features and learn tailored techniques for enhancing your natural beauty. A few days later you'll receive an email with product list for reference

Flawless makeup takes time, even the "simple" looks. That's why it's important you show up to your appointment on time.
Cancelations/
Transfers:
You have only one (1) valid transfer, meaning you can only reschedule your appointment once. If you need to reschedule again another deposit will be required.
You have up until 1 week to your appointment to reschedule if needed. You cannot reschedule in the 1 week timeframe.
Store Credit is available if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment but do not have a new date selected.
You can put your deposit into Store Credit anytime until 1 week to your appointment. You cannot put your deposit in to store credit within the 1 week timeframe.
You have up to 6 months to use your store credit.
Once you’ve used your store credit, you can no longer put the deposit back into store credit or reschedule the appointment.
Should unforeseen circumstances arise Anavrin Morris reserves the right to cancel any future appointment made.
Your deposit will then be held as Store Credit for a future appointment.
If you get Covid, a cold/flu, injured, etc. you have 1 valid transfer as mentioned above. If this occurs within the 1 week timeframe unfortunately you cannot reschedule your appointment.
Please notify me if this happens asap, if I am only notified within the week of your appointment this could result in a cancellation and a new deposit may be required for the new date.
If Anavrin has a price increase, your outstanding balance will be charged according to the updated price.
COVID/
Lockdown:
If your appointment falls during a lockdown your deposit can be transferred to a new date, if you don’t have a new date selected, I can hold the deposit in
Store Credit until you find one.
TIME MANAGEMENT / LATE FEE: applicable to makeup appointments only.
10 minutes late = $20 late fee added to outstanding balance.
15* minutes late = $25 late fee + I will only have time to do a soft glam look.
20 + minutes late = appointment terminated as I will no longer have the time needed to complete the makeup.
Please ensure you have booked the correct date and time, allow extra time in your day for travel/traffic.
If you book the wrong date, I may not be able to reschedule your appointment to the correct date as I could be fully booked.
Please understand that I could be running late on the day of your appointment due to a number of reasons, for example; Client before you is late, the look may take slightly longer etc.
Allow wiggle room in your day just incase this happens.
Social Media
Rights:
Anavrin Morris has the right to post photographs and videos of the Client on social media platforms to promote their work, understanding that the Client’s identity shall be held confidential.
No Shows:
If you fail to show up to your appointment and do not message a reason, you will be blacklisted.

Guests:
Guests and children are not permitted to attend appointments.
If you arrive with guests or children, your appointment will not proceed, and you will need to reschedule.
The only exception is for high school-aged clients who need a parent to drive them.
Misc:
My current makeup chair has a weight limit of 300lbs and is 40.55" tall. If you exceed this limit or have disabilities that make it unlikely you will be able to get into the chair, please reach out so I can make alternative arrangements.
Anavrin is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to the products used.
It is the client’s responsibility to notify Anavrin prior to starting service.
If I am traveling to you, once I finish the makeup I am free to leave. If I finish before the allotted time I am still free to leave.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Anavrin harmless against any and all claims, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising out of the Client’s breach of this Contract, including but not limited to the attorney's fees and costs incurred by the Client to enforce this Contract.
In no event will Anavrin be liable to the Client for any consequential, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or special damages.

Terms and Conditions
Trial:
It is highly recommended to get a trial. This way you and Anavrin have a clear idea of what you want the wedding makeup to look like, is easier to amend thing during a trial than the day of, and will make things go smoother/quicker on your wedding day. If possible schedule your trial 12 weeks before your wedding date but we will always try to accommodate a closer date if needed.
Rates :
Bride = $350
+MOB = $120
+Maid of Honor = $120

If you would like, you may add either a trial for the Mother of the Bride or the Maid of Honor. Do not
bring people who are not getting a trial.
Deposit = 50% of total (non-refundable) must be paid ASAP to hold the date for your trial. Anavrin cannot promise you a trial until you pay your deposit
All payments will be paid through Square. You will be sent a link for the booking fee and deposit once you have talked details with Anavrin.
Pricing &
Travel:
Rates = $120 per person/ $300 per bride
Day Rate (+ flat) = $1,200

By adding the day rate, you agree that you want me to stay throughout the day/night to be there for touch ups for your photos. Otherwise I am free to leave after the applications are complete.
Bridal application takes about 2hr - 2.5hrs, that way we have time for skin care plus makeup/body.
Wedding party applications take about 45min - 1hr/person, with a buffer of 15min/person.
If your bridesmaids/ wedding party are paying for there own makeup it is HIGHLY recommended that everyone give their payments to the bride and she pays it together. This way Anavrin does not have to chase down every person to collect payment.
Flower girls/Children: Unfortunately I don’t offer my services to young kids (11 and under)
Non-refundable Booking fee of $100.00 to secure the wedding date, to be paid upon booking
(If this is not paid you are at risk of losing your booking).
50% of total is due 3 weeks out from wedding (If this is not paid you are at risk of losing your booking)
The $100 booking fee is included in the first 50%.
Remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to the wedding.
Travel costs charged at $1.00 per 1mile
I do not offer hair styling services, Tattoo cover ups or airbrush foundation.

Cancellations/
Changes:
Once the booking deposit has been paid, no reduction to the number of Makeup application’s are allowed (this applies to parties larger than 4 people).
People can be added in to the party, if time allows. *Max 7 people for total number of applications

Details
Bookings open Sept. 1st.
Halloween makeup will include face application and can extend down the neck if desired but no further than shirt collar/collar bone area. Please keep in mind that costume makeup takes a lot of time and effort, so booking in advance is HIGHLY recommended.
When it comes to Halloween makeup, the cost can increase significantly with the complexity and size of the design. High-quality, professional makeup can be quite expensive, but this investment ensures a polished and impressive look. If you want your Halloween makeup to stand out and look its best, be prepared to pay professional prices for the expertise and materials required.
Please note that Halloween looks usually include great detail and cover a large area so applications take longer. Please allow time in your schedule for this. Please also note that the more you add to the look (prosthetics/jewels) the more time it will take to execute the desired look. It is also extremely important to arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment. Showing up late, even with notice, may mean that Anavrin does not have time to complete the look planned.
